Dzintra Ritenis sold the apartments at 15/58 Kurraba Road, 68/7 Waters Road at Neutral Bay and her On-Site Auction of 68 Weston Street, Panania went very well with about 80 people attending,Bidding started at $455,000 and the house was sold 32 bids later to a young couple at a price of $542,000. They plan to move in later in the year.
Anne Hill sold the two bedroom apartment she was marketing at 3/25 Reed Street, Cremorne for a good price of $615,000 and the owners are very happy with the result.
Carolyn Cornforth has just listed a one bedder at 608/22 Sutherland Street, Cremorne, which has a large balcony and is 98 sqm in total area. It is located on the top floor of a low rise building with lift, has a lock-up garage and two storerooms. It is priced at "Offers over $480,000" and is rented at $450.00 per week.
